Logi Brynjarsson's meringue with liquorice

Ingredients
• 3 egg whites
• 110 g strawberry puree
• 40 g Johan Bülow Sweet Liquorice Syrup 
• 150 g sugar
• 150 g icing sugar
• Salt flakes
Johan Bülow Fine Liquorice Powder
Johan Bülow Raw Liquorice Powder 

Directions
Whisk the egg whites, strawberry puree and Sweet Liquorice Syrup.
Slowly add the sugar and whisk until completely stiff.
Fold in the icing sugar and put the mixture into a piping bag.
Pipe small meringues on a silicon mat or baking paper and sprinkle with the salt flakes, and the fine and raw liquorice powders.
Place in a pre-heated conventional oven at 60°C – 70°C for about 1½ hours.
