(25-30 cakepops)

• 100 g dark chocolate
• 50 g butter
• 100 g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons dark rum
• 100 g dark chocolate
• Freeze-dried raspberries, strawberries, blueberries , blackcurrants

Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the sugar. Lightly beat the eggs and stir them into the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a 20 cm springform lined with baking paper. Bake the cake at 175C for about 30 min. Place the cake in the fridge overnight.
Break the cake into small pieces and whisk the cake pieces and rum together with an electric mixer. Shape the mixture into small balls and place on wooden sticks.
Dip the balls in melted chocolate and decorate with the freeze-dried berries.

Tip: If you want to serve the chocolate cakepops for children, you can replace the rum with a drop of rum essence.
Add a little Johan Bülow Raw Liquorice Powder or chili to the cake mixture for a delicious twist.
