Liquorice and raspberry Mojito
• 0.5 dl light rum
• 1 dessert spoon Johan Bülow Sweet Liquorice Syrup or Johan Bülow Salty Liquorice Syrup
• 8 coarsely chopped mint leaves
• 6 fresh raspberries
• 0.5 tsp. Johan Bülow Raw Liquorice Powder
• 1 freshly pressed lime
• Sparkling mineral water
• Ice cubes (better if crushed)
Dissolve the liquorice powder and liquorice syrup in the light rum.
Mix the lime juice, mint leaves and raspberries into the drink and stir until juice comes out of the raspberries.
Top up with ice-cubes and mineral water and enjoy in good company!
